Shipping and payment
1. Offers are non-binding, i.e. the operator of the website reserves the right to accept an order unless an offer has been expressly designated as binding. Delivery dates are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed as binding in the order confirmation.
2. Delivery is made at the prices valid on the day of delivery, carriage paid from an order value of more than € 300.00; for international shipping by agreement. For orders under €300, a shipping fee of €25 will be charged.
For commissioned work, a deposit of 50% of the purchase price must be paid when the order is placed.
3. The seller’s invoices are payable net within 8 days. The dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.
4. In the event of default in payment, the contractor may unilaterally withdraw from the contract.
5. A return of delivered goods is excluded.
6. The place of fulfilment is Zeuthen, the place of jurisdiction is Königs Wusterhausen. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively.
7. The operator of the website is entitled to replace an ineffective clause or a clause whose effectiveness is in doubt with a clause that is more favourable for the customer compared to the previous clause. The change will take effect after the customer has received written notification from the operator of the website.
8. These terms of delivery and payment always take precedence over the customer’s different terms and conditions. Changes or additions require written confirmation from the operator of the website.
